After 3 years as a director at CoStar, the commercial real estate analytics platform, Simon Marshall is joining property investment consultancy firm Christopher Dee LLP. Simon will be working alongside fellow partner Adam Wildig, who joined the partnership in 2021, as well as founding partners Chris Jones and Chris Bathurst.

Before working at CoStar, Simon spent 12 years with Savills, DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield in the regional capital markets, advising a range of UK Institutions, regional propcos and HNWs.  Simon’s expertise encompass acquisition, disposal and advisory across all commercial asset classes.

Christopher Dee LLP was established in 1999 and will be beginning its 25^th anniversary next year.  The business, based in Altrincham, 20 minutes south of Manchester city centre, provides investment and development advice across all sectors and regions of the UK commercial market. They are based at The Warrant House in the town centre, a multi let office building recently acquired for one of their retained clients, The Oddfellows.
