Embrace Resilience are the latest member to join Altrincham BID. Coming from a background in training development, Michael Set up Embrace Resilience in 2008 as a social Enterprise to promote online learning across the health and care sector and specifically to promote personal resilience training. Working with a range of organisations including schools and small businesses, Embrace have delivered thousands of short courses in a range of subject areas.

As a voluntary member of Altrincham BID Embrace is making some of these courses available to other BID members free of charge as part of an initiative to promote good mental health and offer practical courses for staff and their families. The free courses can be accessed via the Altrincham BID website.
