A brand new concept store and beauty hub, focussing on ‘life, body and planet’ is opening on Regent Road in Altrincham on 1st November. The brainchild of two friends with a shared passion for sustainable beauty and wellbeing, RE:STORE aims to create a community united by a shared vision of a greener future.

RE:STORE is showcasing that beauty and environmental responsibility can coexist harmoniously. The store is a sanctuary to relax, revive, and restock, and even refresh with one of the many plant-based coffee’s on offer to take away – discounted if you bring your own cup.

The retail element of the store encourages eco-conscious living, with co-founder Fran Darby on hand to provide advice, tips and expertise. The store hopes to highlight that making small changes can reduce the harmful impact our day to day consumption has on the planet.

Brands on offer have been carefully curated based on ethics and values, with many B Corp certified, and using minimal to no use of plastic. Shoppers can stock up on natural hair care, skin care and beauty products from brands such as Evolve Beauty, Nail Kind and Bain & Savon. Just in time for Christmas, RE:STORE also offers a wide selection of gift options including WXY’s beautiful soy wax candle selection, and eco-friendly seasonal stationery.

Household essentials including reusable kitchen roll and beeswax food wraps from Wild & Stone, and Miniml cleaning products (on offer in bulk or in individual bottles) are also available to purchase.

At the rear of RE:STORE is a serene boutique-style treatment room – a private retreat, designed quite literally, to restore your body. RE:STORE co-founder, Kayleigh Kevill, brings over 18 years of beauty therapist and industry experience so clients can be assured they are in safe hands. Beauty treatments on offer include an array of massages, manicures, pedicures, lash and eyebrow treatments, waxing and ear piercing. All the products used in treatments are natural, vegan, and wherever possible organic and plastic free.

Co-founder Kayleigh Kevill said: “We are passionate about making people feel their best inside and out. By making conscious beauty choices, we hope people feel reassured that they are accessing treatments that are not only good for them, but better for the planet. Our retreat has been lovingly designed to be a relaxing sanctuary – I can’t wait to pamper Altrincham!”

Co-founder Fran Darby said: “This has been a passion of ours for some time, and we’re so excited our launch day is finally here! A lot of consideration has gone into the RE:STORE concept and we hope you love it as much as we do.”

Booking for beauty treatments is now open via: restoremcr.book.app and you can stay updated with all things RE:STORE via their instagram page @restore.mcr.
