Continued expansion for award-winning Altrincham-based Dandara Living

As one of the UK’s leading providers of build-to-rent apartments, award-winning Altrincham-based Dandara Living already has over 2,500 apartments currently under its management in the northwest, midlands and Scotland and a further 5,200 new homes in the pipeline.

The company’s aim to ‘provide good quality homes in great locations at a price most of us can afford’ seems to be a recipe for success, with Dandara Living recently being voted the UK’s top management company according to Homeviews.  In addition, its Chapel Wharf development in Salford has been voted the UK’s best national apartment development.

Managing Director Jim Davies explains: “When we’re choosing locations for our developments and designing our buildings, we prioritise what we know matters most to people, such as being in culturally rich and diverse neighbourhoods. Having facilities like on-site gyms, lounges and outdoor space are also really important to them, as well as opportunities to participate in social events. Perhaps most importantly however, we’re simply all about providing our residents with good all-round, day-to-day management.”

The continued success and expansion of the business has resulted in Dandara Living relocating its head office to Altrincham. Jim Davies continues:
“The decision to move to Altrincham is a major investment in our business and the next exciting stage in the company’s evolution and we are very keen to make an active contribution to the local community. Trooping of The Corgis really celebrates the incredible talent within Altrincham and South Manchester, and we are delighted to be involved as headline sponsor and by hosting a corgi at our new HQ. It’s a unique way to celebrate and mark the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and is certain to be a great success.”
