An event every week that begins at 1:30 pm on Friday, repeating until 15/12/2023

At Healthy Hips & Hearts, exercises are based on and around a chair. It will help you with normal day-to-day activities such as shopping, walking, getting in and out of a chair (includes a cup of tea or coffee after the session).
