We can provide a ‘Let Only’ service, if the landlord wishes to manage their own rental once a suitable tenant has moved in. Or for those who wish to be more hands-off, we offer a ‘Fully Managed’ service, which means we are the tenants point of contact throughout their tenancy. We conduct periodic inspection; rent reviews; renewals; arrange the required safety checks; ensure ongoing compliance; arrange required maintenance and improvement work and conduct move-out inspections prior to arranging the release of tenant deposit funds.
