The Counselling and Family Centre (CFC) is a local charity with a long-standing commitment to supporting the emotional wellbeing of individuals and families in our community. Our mission is to go beyond survival - to empower, innovate, and create lasting impact, ensuring that people and communities truly thrive.

We offer a wide range of accessible services, including low-cost counselling for adults, children and young people, parenting workshops, wellbeing activities, professional training for counsellors and allied professionals, and school-based mental health support. Many of our services are fully funded thanks to generous grants and community support. Additionally, our corporate training programmes help you strengthen workplace wellbeing, resilience, and leadership. Delivered by experienced, qualified counsellors, our courses support HR priorities while adding real value to your teams and workplace culture.
