Christopher Dee LLP is a specialist property consultancy business focusing on the disposal, acquisition and strategic asset management of commercial investment and development property across all sectors of the UK market. We provide ‘value add’ advice to a wide variety of institutional and private investment led clients as well as developers looking for funding and exit solutions for their schemes.
Established in 1999, the business has for over 20 years been based in Manchester City Centre but in 2020, during the pandemic made the decision to move the business into Altrincham town centre. This move has proved to be highly rewarding for the whole Christopher Dee team. A massive reduction in travel time to work, quality of both the business and social environment have been stand out benefits.
The business is relocating from above Blanchflower Cafe into Warrant House on High Street in January 2023, when our new office suite has been fully refurbished.
We are strong supporters of Altrincham BID having become a voluntary member. The constantly improving retail and leisure offer in the town, inspired originally by the excellent market is rightly a fine example of how to rejuvenate a town centre. We believe Altrincham has huge potential to create more quality working environments for new incoming businesses who are, like we were, looking to locate to the town. To back this up, since moving to Altrincham, we have so far acquired £13m of commercial properties for clients and continue to promote opportunities to enhance the built environment.
