Our Managing Director, James Beazley, founded the company 14 years ago following his role at Shell as Head of Experienced Resourcing for EMEAR. During his time there, he used all the major search and assessment firms but felt none of them could demonstrate a truly collaborative approach to deliver remarkable outcomes.
